Good thing is, useally there's some pro players in the allience once a levelcap raises, after a month it's useally 16idiots, 1 leech and 1 good player, hopefully your that leech/goodplayer lol.

Well, luckily I was the good player (I do the best I can anyhow). Tossing Cure IVs every second is exhausting and disappointing when you only get two healing magic levels during the six hours you're in Abyssea. I even opted to stay when my merits were capped since if I left, the entire alliance would have to stop fighting or dissolve (I was getting sleepy).
