Usually its the people who don't need/want/dont have enough points for Kirin. Our shell had 2-3 people who wanted W legs, and whenever we have 20+ people on (its a small shell) we farm instead. When Kirin is announced we're lucky to get 16 people show up. And we've done so many events we have maybe 6 people who have points for w legs now. The way mine is run is we don't do points. People get drops by Attendance then Job priority. This works out because we have all been in the same social LS for years and one of the members decided he wanted to help get everyone the gear they wanted from end-game stuff so we know people won't bail once they get their stuff. (Doing Limbus as well) Anyway, people in the LS wonder why I have got all of the gear I want in Sky (aside from Hecatomb Harness, mostly because of the f*ckers not showing up) and it's because I show up to every farming/god night. Half the stuff is free lot now because everyone that can make use of them already has them. Ninja Edit: Also late addition: People who tell you they are going to bed for the night (last night at Kirin) then you do a /sea <name> and find they went on invis, unequiped pearl, and are leveling their PUP in Kuftal. On an unrelated note to FFXI, having my Xbox media sharing work, then not work, then work, then not work, etc...
