Loco Mocos are incredibly popular among surfers, particularly in Hawaii. That does look a bit unappetising.

I must say it doesnt look good, but from experience its delicious. And woo having lived over there a year and eaten that on a few times, you may feel your blood flow start to slow down >.> lol
