it honestly grinds my gears when people do live shows of cartoons, and they can't cast the right people...

So this conversation is getting dumb. lol That's really not all that out-landish so I don't see why everyone's getting up-in-arms (ffxipun) about this. Considering all the benefits we get it's kind of hard to ignore his stance, and he's even giving a disclaimer that he isn't accusing ALL Windower users. Calm the *** down, people. lol

The official Windower controversy won't ever really be settled considering even identical PCs with the same image have potential to act differently right out of the gate, so who knows. It sounds like an easy cop-out, but there's no way to know until someone experiences it.

Dear god yes. So freakin' annoying to have someone act like they are on auto-follow everywhere you go. If you were to see it, he actually seems harmless. He's like a 24/7 Pixie, only annoying. Plus he spams party invites. I decline, and another invite immediately comes. I am at my wits end and seriously considering server jumping just to get away from this.

Doesn't work. He actually has to do something to get banned. Oddly enough, that's what he wants. He says he'll quit the game, but he won't do it of his own accord. If I don't want him around, I have to get him banned. These are his words. So he does all the spamming I mentioned before, and says the only way to stop is if he gets banned.

Two GMs are already on this. I have to place a call every time he is in the same zone and map grid as I am.

Getting PK'd in campaign seems to be a recurring annoyance for me lately. I'll be fighting a mob all the way over here and out of nowhere comes a player with a train of mobs making a beeline straight for me.

Another annoyance with campaign is when someone aggros one of the "boss" NMs (outside of it being the last available campaign mob) and kites it around instead of taking it to the fortifications, getting killed and letting the fortifications take hate. Don't worry, someone will raise you.

He's in lurve, obviously! The heart wants what the heart wants, Jacinda, there's no fighting it. Quit killing the romance. lol--Ever consider GM'ing?

Yes, two GMs have been called this morning. As for that heart wants ***, he can go to eHarmony and find a match because I'm not interested.

It started going downhill when I got a party invite and he asked if he could join. I said I'd tell my party leader. When we did /sea all, he was RDM/COR. They asked him to go /WHM instead, but he didn't have it and refused to level it. So the party got someone else. Then he got bent out of shape because I didn't leave the party and go level with him. It's just become worse ever since that day.

Expecting me to duo with him because I do that with LS mates, or when I get invites that I should bring him along. When I go to campaign battle, he wants to join. He wants to do anything and everything he can, and I'm just tired of it. I told him before; if he just let me be, I'd invite him to things more. But noooo, we can't do that. So he finally just pissed me off and I said I want nothing to do with him.

The thought did cross my mind. Marriage doesn't scare people off, it makes them try harder.

I actually understand more than you think. lol I had a young boy stalker of all things on Seraph that eventually moved to Fenrir after adding him to friend list in order to set him to "Ignore" along with /blacklisting. Naturally he came back after awhile, but truly, people would rather be hated than ignored. He's moved onto other elfs since then, even one of my friends. haha

Really sucks that you have to deal with that, though. I gotta take off for awhile, so good luck and happy grinding, thread!

Edit:Reminds of another friend on Seraph and this totally worked. Guy quit the game. lol

I put him on ignore and blacklist last night. Somehow, he saw me as soon as I logged on, even though he's no longer on my friend list. The GM said that when you are initially logging on or zoning, there's a brief period where a person can get past the blacklist function. So he saw me online, then did a /sea all to figure out where I was and follow me around.

Think that's bad..he even had an imaginary conversation with me in tell. Example:

>> Crazy Boy: Hey Jacinda
>> Crazy Boy "jacinda": Hey, how are you?
>> Crazy Boy: I'm good, thanks. What are you up to?

Yeah, he sent me tells like that, pretending that I was responding to him.

I swear on all things holy, I really have been thinking about this. Just don't know where I would go, and I'd hate to leave the friends I actually do have behind over this.

Ya know what really grinds my gears, people who ask simple questions they could look up for themselves if they werent so dam lazy. I've been asked several times who controls a region, OPEN YOUR MAP AND LOOK MORON! Or when ls members ask me where I am, if you would open the ls menu you would see I'm in WG, but noooo you're too lazy for that. If it is something you can look up for yourself stop asking me cause I'm gonna give you crap about it for 10 min when you could have looked it up yourself in 10 seconds.
