If you are refering to the boost from Mana Channeler compared to Loudspeakers... No each loudspeaker adds another +5 from that 3rd ice maneuver resulting in +10MAB where as one water maneuver from Mana Channeler only adds +5 from its base effect. Also remember that Ice Maker is a straight % increase and not MAB and x2 Ice is only 40%dmg increase while x3 is 60%.

Hmmm making my brain hurt. i do ice, water, ice deploy, seems more productive due to less chance of overloading on that 3rd one, granted 3 could do more dmg, unless u like seeing <pet> is Overloaded on the next round. :/
lol I really don't overload a whole lot but I go overboard on int gear etc when I use that frame.

True, in abyssea Kirin Atma is nice for that. I just did something odd tho. Skeletons are 50% strong to ice right? how come i was able to 1 shot it with bliz5? is it due to the level gap? This is outside ulegrand maw in xarcabard.

They are lvl 40 mobs. I doubt they have much more than 1.5-2k hp lol

Yeah no way you should get resist either. Depends on the mobs and how they changed things awhile back.

thats without atma

with MM and Ultimate i can get a good 3k+ so that makes soloing Cep-Kamuy easy

speaking of... well 1 is this on pup? 2) do the element specific atma weigh heavier than the general MAB ones? for example, why use atma of the beyond when you can use ultimate and get superior MAB and superior M.Acc? would beyond do more as "major" if its ice specific?

Beyond would be better than ultimate for ice nukes. By far.
But idk how much PUP need macc? if you'r really in need of that, ultimate is nice ofc.

well again though Kvazz, how does that work? beyond is labeled as "major" for ice magic, but ultimate is "superior" for MAB... so where is the testing to prove those element specifics are better?

This is on pup. I don't have Ultimate so i can't tell but, Beyond is Major MAB and Major Ice I was told though that the elemental ones are % based damage similiar to Ice Maker. Either way it is so far the single most damaging Atma for Ice Spells that i've came across.

Though I do get somewhat similiar #'s from MM and Undying and Undying is Ice: Minor for damage

thats why u equip condenser. u can do water > ice > ice > ice. all u gotta do is make sure that your 2nd ice doesnt overload cuz ur 3rd ice is gona be 100% since the water maneuver will eat the overload if one should occur. thats how u get 3x ice manuevers easily. make sure u have bafoons necklace and af hands also and u can get 3x ice 95% of the time, throw in the new af3+1 body, and theres ur 100% 3x ice manuevers.

my blizz 5s doin 6k in abyssea with the following atmas, MM, beyond, and undying. trying to beat ultima for the ultimate atma to replace MM since the refresh on it isnt a big dealto us as it is to blms.

So with some atma testing for dmg i got this with my auto. with capped magic skill af3+1 pants and af3+1 feet. atmas were mm, beyond, and ult. both loud speakers and icemaker and condenser and channler
