And not a good time to update, since my body fat is up, but told myself I'd update every July, so here it goes Though school starts so I'll be biking 130 miles a week again, looking to get back to where I was in May, which I think is the best shape I've been in of the past 2 years

What's impressive is that I could do that when I weighed 255lbs @ 6ft tall. Now that I weigh 225 It's def not a problem. Good job on getting in shape though, it can be a tough process, but amazing how much better you feel. Not to mention the energy boost.
I wish I had this energy boost. Lol feeling exhausted/drained 99% of the time, but that's because I can't afford to eat anymore more than ramen or the dollar menu. Lol built all that on fast food and noodles, so would explain the lack of energy.

The packets of flavor that are in the ramen are horrible for you, so much salt/additives, a friend told me that they don't use the packets, instead spice it up with a tiny bit of soy based sauce or some teriyaki sauce in some distilled water, add a little pepper (which has natural anti-oxidants),and splash over the noodles, haven't tried it myself but the content of those packets are killer. Another thing you might try is Niacin (B3). I take 1000 MG in the morning a few weeks at a time and it's a nice energy boost with the right Carbohydrates which noodles are loaded with. Edit: B3 not b12 I actually eat them dry, so don't use the packets most of the time, so not facing that problem much really
