I did made a mistake but for some reason I thought the COR was the 2nd RDM emote. I knew the split screen was heads/tails. I should had used common sense to see that was a COR lol. To early for a Monday morning >.<
*Each job emotion must be acquired by completing a quest (minimum job level 30) before it can be used.
*Acquired job emotions can be performed at any time regardless of your character's current job or level.

F'n this. So disappointed. I was anxiously awaiting seeing what it would be as the others preceding it rolled on through. I hoped for some interaction with our Wyvern, or the kickass Wings maybe... nope, just some "wtf?" instead.
WAR emote = awesome sauce. Once I quest it i'm going to use it in WoE when people freak out and call me a leech! Too bad the WHM bandaid doesn't land on people's rear ends for when they get butt hurt!
just my opinion, but i think what they showed was not all of the emotes, just part of it. SE never gives out the full story on anything.
Could be wrong.
PLD emote is trash. I think it's the most disappointing emote out of all of them, because it is, literally, the /hurray emote when you have no weapon equipped.
I'm sure we can all agree PLD got the biggest shaft on this cosmetic update. Thankfully we can use other job's emotes all around. I would have been happy with bunny ears, as out of place as that would be. Or just a set of wings like DRG.
Every other emote, even the ridiculously simple ones, looked nice.

Agreed. Although according to this forum no one uses PLD so its a moot point.
On a serious note. They should have done something shield related.
Long before there was Naruto(I'm almost 100% sure of this statement), this was used on a season of the Power Rangers. When they were "Ninjeti", and had the Ninja Zords. The Black Ranger had the frog.
Also, since I've noticed a lot of people on here talking about adding these job specific emotes to certain battle macros.. unfortunately, I'm pretty sure the same rules will apply to these emotes that applies to all others, which is not being able to use emotes with a weapon being drawn in combat.
Why would SE give RDM flowers? Pretty much anything would've been better. WHM was hilarious, and BLM looks pretty cool. I'm thinking DRK is a Batman reference, what with the bats and the fact they call Batman the Dark Knight. As for NIN, I'm probably missing something but the giant frog confused me. It made no sense. If anything the THF emote should've been the one for NIN.
People jumping the gun on this already, when they said;
"*Each job emotion must be acquired by completing a quest (minimum job level 30) before it can be used.
*Acquired job emotions can be performed at any time regardless of your character's current job or level."
that doesnt nessesarily MEAN that you can use pup's emote on cor, or cor's on bst, what if the emote code is just /job? then it would use your job's emote not whichever one you want, as much as i would just use somthing like /smn on rdm to chicken people, i dont see that being done, i HOPE im wrong about it but i think it means "Acquired job emotions can be performed at any time regardless of your character's current job or level." as in if you level sync you can still use the emote for your job regardless if you are synced to 10, or restricted lower (like holiday events) so dont just say "yeah thats how its gotta be ill do whichever i want cause now dancer can use wild oats and beastmaster can use pom-poms!"
