I couldn't have said it better myself. I know this isn't necessarily the healthiest or wisest basis to go off of but granted you're not lying to yourself or others, if you're happy and comfortable with yourself mentally and physically, it's pretty safe to say you're well rounded healthy human being for the most part.

I agree with the whole "playing FFXI makes you loose weight" thing. I think the only way I COULD gain weight while playing FFXI would be if I had a mini-fridge 2 feet away from me and a hat with a straw that holds 2 Yoohoos on my head. Oh, and unlimited Yoohoos.
