Enm cap at -50, with the new atmas etc you dont need as much on gear anymore, so yes you can get enough :P

Yeah forgot that the obi doesn't count towards the potency cap. If it did it would add up to 35% potency in double light weather on lights day 20% staf plus 35% obi (if it were true) is over the cap.
