Alternative WAR Weapons

My main weapons for WAR atm are:

Maneater + Joyeuse and Byakko's Axe.

I'm looking to get a halfway decent Polearm I can potentially get some use out of for on Colibri merit pt's. I've seen WAR's do some decent damage with the right gear.

I know the best (or at least one of) Dagger for me would be Blau, but I don't have that kind of money and I don't intend on buying something that price that I wouldn't get full use out of.

Any suggestions on Polearms/Daggers/Great Swords/Scythes that I can use for killing/skilling with?

As for a dagger, I think Wars can use Harpes.

The Gondo-Shizunori is about as good as you are going to get for a WAR polearm. It is the KS30 + 6% crit weapon that needs to be broken. The Engetsu(sp) is almost as good prolly, but the extra crits would pull ahead of a really small ACC and STP boost.

My two cents:

As you can see, you would have to do a lot of different KSNMs for some of these weapons. Assaults for the Scythe. Spend gil out of the *** for Blau. Hunt a NM for the Harpe.

But this is all my opinion though.
