Just got my War to 78 and trying to decide which would be better for Steel Cyclone. I don't need to know about other WS being better or about other items. I know that there are better options for some of my gear, but this is what I have now. This is my current SS build:

Yeah I think Genbu is better but not entirely sure.
I understand the viking helm is better. I haven't had it drop yet so I was just trying to figure out from the gear I have which is better.

Personally I'd use a Bomb Core or Thew Bomblet over the Shell.
u can do the Sumeru Gaxe its pretty easy compard to the others. im going for the 109 Dmg one now but it sucks sooo bad need 50 glavoid shells XD

You say Varangian hasn't dropped but it is a 60% drop, so how many times have you really killed it? Solution: Go kill Khalamari again and until then use whatever the *** you want (Genbu's Kabuto).
depends what you are fighting and if you are using SC, that mostly means that the mob you are fighting has high def

Only requires WSing and is an easy 6hit. Unless you know you're capping atk during SC, Foragers will be better. That said, I'd generally assume you'd be capping atk, but I'm not a war yet and would take his advice Thanks for all the positive input. I'll get working on a new axe once I hit 80.
It depends a lot on what buffs you have on you, food and support. What you're fighting too lol

that is a nice great axe with amnesia not sure what the drop rate is on it. |
