Will it give you a chance to install to a different directory?

Edit: And do you have a data partition?

I don't have a data partition and after I select language that error message comes up. It won't even let me select where to install.

Hey Krizz if you're still here, when I clicked the link for today's update torrent version it just took me back to your home page.

I did a direct download, but do you know which folder it goes in?

Also, has anyone gotten to the double bar part of the update and gotten error codes right at the end? Both bars get to like 99.something and then i get three error codes

like 20619, 199something and 13

I got my beta code like two days ago and have been trying to install the beta client and update it for like a week. - -

Every time I hit play, it says that the beta has stopped working. Any suggestions?

"I had the same problem, for me with XP the solution was simple: Right-click on My Documents, properties, change the path to the HDD with more free space, then run the installer. (Didn't even copy the files as I'll change it back later anyways)"

Is what I found when I googled it.

I'm still trying to get my desktop to not crash the updater as soon as I open it.

Updated video drivers and everything.

My video card in this desktop is NVIDIA GeForce 6800 XT. Yes, I'm going to order new video cards for my computers by the time the collector's edition is shipped.

I'm in the process of downloading and installing everything I can find from the nvidia website.

Tried the thing I mentioned here (it moved all my files, think I did it right) but no dice. Gave me the same error and on that drive I have more than enough to install it.

I saw it. Honestly, you need more HD space. Plain and simple.

Actually, I have enough space. I googled a bit more and it seems to be an XP 64 bit compatibility problem.

So can you run it in 32-bit mode?

does that mean it won't work? I don't really care if it is crappy quality since I will be buying it for the ps3 when it comes out.

I have like 12 GB on my main drive. (Yes it's a small drive, only about 70 max)

Is the 12 all you have free? Or is it a 12gb partition?

If the former, clean your porn stash. If the latter, try Partition Magic (if not on vista/7) or resize your partitions in vista/7.

Like I said, I tried the other thing where I move "my documents" (which works for some) but I still got the same %d error as before. Lots of people with 64 bit have this problem which I mentioned in an earlier post.

Edit: ^Even with 500+ GB of space
