Vision Of Abyssea

How can I buy this expansion now? It's been removed from the FFXI main page in pol and I can't seem to find a link anywhere... I went to the Scars of Abyssea pre-order page thinking it might be available there, but it wasn't an option. I went to FFXI's main site and the Abyssea site but did not see any option to purchase the expansion.

Why does SE make this so difficult? -.-

Because SE makes everything difficult, it's just what they do.

That was way more difficult than it had to be. I don't understand why there is no explanation on either the FFXI or Abyssea site.
