playing in Abyss, and normally without any manuevers up, fire IV does 773 damage. but it randomly did 837 with no manuevers, and no fireday. did i miss some update?

Yesterday i was nuking Ul'yovra for constant 2046, and suddenly i got 2251, so i guess it's critical.
But it's not new i already got that when i was meriting on gigas pet's in xarcabard (S), sometimes, i did more damage, than the constant, so what could it be if it's not magic critical.
