I made beef stew for dinner! Fat free air. I'm on a diet.

I threw some stew meat, red potatoes, sliced carrots, and an onion in with some water and seasonings (in a slow cooker) and cooked it for 9 hours on low. Came out better than I expected!

Made homemade noodles with eggs from my chickens and flour ground from wheat I've grown.
Added into pot with homegrown grass feed beef I butchered myself. Tossed in some garlic and onions from the garden. Bam! Homemade beef and noodles from scratch. Literally.
