Any player warning at all is getting old now. I mean, Asura seems to have nice people but I checked the Asura forum the other day and the first 5 latest posts were player warnings. -_-

Go find an area on your wall that has a stud behind it.
Put your back to that exact spot. Walk as far away as possible, when you get to this point, turn around and face the the area on the wall with the stud. Lower your head, so you're looking straight down and your body makes a right-angle. Run full tilt.
