Queued for Dominion on my all Kayle smurf account (Fayle Moar).
A few minutes pass, I forget about it and derp about on the interbutts. Epic horn sounds, scares the ***out of me cause I had volume up for a youtube video. I see my queue time, ten minutes four seconds. Me in chat "Great, you guys have a level 13 and they're gonna be all 30s and rape us". I take bottom. Kayle is a crazy push-take-bail bottom, always good pressure. They send Twitch bottom. I push a few waves, he pops up, shoots me three times, expunge -> dead. I had time to Q him, E up, and hit him twice doing about 10% of his health (no ult, still level 5). Twitch still never outpushed me, even with me dead half the time. Smells like full 30s. Meanwhile my team gets ace'd at Windmill. I still keep enough pressure bottom even with Twitch killing me four more times by doing the usual *** Twitch thing and stealthing behind me. I match his on-hit with Wit's end and do a little better but he's still too fed and my team doesn't gank bottom once. tl;dr we lost Other team was 5x premade 30s. My team was a 2x premade 30s and three randoms: 30, 13 (me), and 12. Matchmaking fail. Sounds about right. :p Then again, I'm sure it's harder to find people doing dominion at lower levels.
I usually stop queue once it goes past about twice the estimated time. Only bad things happen after that.
Anyone have thoughts on the viability of Pantheon in Dominion? Just picked him up and getting my combo down good. 25% CDR, Q W E Auto Q and they've hit my shield at least twice. I can imagine backdooring with R to cross-cap (or neut and bail) their mid. Especially if you're already at low health from a fight and want to do something constructive before you b.
