It just depends on team comp. Just needs a stun heavy team which is what a team with kat in it should already have for her to be at max capacity. If you ever play with me I'll show you sometime. Best I did with AD kat was 25-9. Doesn't beat my Akali record tho ; ; 33-4

Sure, I'd like to see it. I've always built Kat straight AP, with a hextech being the exception.
Actually, I might try AD Kat now
Edit - Just tried it. Not a fan. I've always relied on shunpo to do damage, but it was nice for farming. Well, I guess I'll try it again since the other team was fed.

Each type of game has their own stats. Bots/Normal/Ranked/Dominion
Someone may play all bot games to level up and have 0 normal game wins.

The way the game works, you can build anything anyone. It is a matter of how there skill set works with what you do. You put 2 warmogs, 2 force of nature, thornmail and a guardian angel on anyone and guess what, they are a tank, and hell, it will be a *** to kill them. The thing is, if its a ryze, well he wont be doing much more. So yes, AD kat can work, if the other team is bad enough. In matches against people who are at least as good as you, it doesnt work. Its about working to beat people who are better than you. Stomping new people is just for the shiggles.

The thing is though, is AD kat is, unlike the example you listed, seen as a legit build for Kat. And is topic of many AD vs AP topics on the forums.
Anyway.

Well, yes, anyone can fill any role, but that doesn't mean they will do it well. Being a *** to kill isn't being a good tank.

I've played him in quite a few matches. He can be really cheap with max CDR.

I've played him in quite a few matches. He can be really cheap with max CDR. Was thinking of buying him...Most of the ones I fought were seriously weak against Mordekaiser outside of that one who had a Panth babying him and seemed to know how to stay at max distance.

But the dude is easy as *** to counter early/mid-game with some magic resist equip he's fairly weak even with the stun-chain combo. Not to mention you can just see when he's going to fire the lightning blast and avoid it 75% of the time.

Honestly, I'd have to question the rune set-up of the people your facing. Because with my runes, my Xerath usually locks down the lane. Unless I'm against a Leblanc or a tank with decent MR.
Lol, one game I played last night was soo funny. The enemy team was raging at me constantly because I kept managing to juke 3 man ganks from them constantly. I can't stress enough how much wards and map awareness win the game.

I'm using my Mordekaiser rune set atm because I'm still buying the runes for his build atm<.< (Magic pen, armor+ and magic resist+ w/ AP+Armor quints. Quints'll be HP/AP once I finish off buying everything else, though.) I saw in the video that they used full AP runes etc but meh<.< Oh, also...What build do you normally use? :x

Xerath can be easily dodged if you're paying attention. I'm still not convinced he's worth buying either. :/
Has anyone here at least given this game a try or plays it? I enjoy it a lot for what it's worth. It's a MOBA-style game and it's completely FREE unless you want to buy skins(merely aesthetic) for champions. All the champions are well-balanced and can be purchased with Influence Points earned from matches.
