so wait do they make decisions for updates based off of the bad players or something?

I mean really I had trouble chasing nids w/out CDR affecting Pounce

*** seriously Riot, stop making this game easier for people who can't get away with a pounce every 3 seconds

It was interesting earlier. Joined a game, 5/10 of us actually connected. 3v2 At the start was entertaining, but it sucked having people trickle in and try to go against people who were already level 7-9! lol Jax was so fed. Q_Q
