Top lane: Tiger Jungle: Tiger Poor guy, still thinks Tiger stance can time travel.
Tiger is bad in the jungle and you should feel bad for using it! Phoenix is a lot of fun if you'd just give it a chance.

If you're in the jungle, phoenix udyr has the best clear times and clear times are important. I'd say phoenix udyr but I've never played udyr so I'm just stating the general consensus

 I keep losing one then winning one and I'm stuck at 850. >_< There are better AP carries for grinding ELO. Annie usually does well.
I actually practiced a bit with Annie for that purpose and she does seem incredibly strong. I'm just not that good with her so I haven't tried her against any champs I can't dominate with Lux yet. :x

Zyra is nice to play, but they need to buff her seeds a little bit.
2 stored cap is a little bleh, I'd do at least 3. Also, buff the bloom's HP and lifespan (timer).
