Not always, I called a Skarner a baddie cause he refused to gank LeBlanc because she has "Double Flash" so he let her steamroll me early game. He qqQuit then we started doing good. Sometimes it helps.

So *** foul lol I'm bad with Trundle. I think tanky DPS is the way to go. I've always read that he's highly dependant on his team. You can start vamp sceptre, ya. His passive helps. :( Look on the bright side, makes you appreciate Canada even more! Hopefully it gets better for you.
You always did well with him when I saw you play him. His ganks are probably awesome with pillar of filth. Do you start at red and level 2 gank? Been beasting with Jarvan. I never realized how much of a terror he really is o.o I miss Canada so much! It's just a short term problem. Working it out now.
I don't think Trundle would be good for level 2 ganking. He needs max Q (I forget what it's called) to jungle well and ganking my be hard without both your W and E. Garen has the best, of course, and the reason I even tried Lux is because I fell in love when I laned with her and she ulted right next to me... I was like, "OMG, CUTE" Apologies, Rhaokin. It's a good idea to start boots if you're going to level 2 gank on Udyr.

Flash is generally the better choice too.
I've always found ghost to be awful on Udyr early on. Ghost + Bear and you can still be outrun with someone with boots. Fairy.Spence said: » Flash is generally the better choice too. Edit: When I lvl 4 gank, I have cloth armor + boots. Meshi a good thing to remember on trundle is that you can sort of use the other team to your advantage
