Honestly... People just look for others to blame. I chose Graves to go AD bottom one game after our last pick called it. All I could hear for the first 10 minutes of the game was that we were going to lose because of me and they were reporting me. This is a regular occurrence. Just use the mute button and move on.

I dont know why people care about winning/losing so much, as long as the game was fun and interesting for me, I dont care what the outcome is.

I know I played a game the other night where teemo and I had top locked out completely and the bot team was basically feeding the other side, and it pretty much pushed us back all the way to our last turret toward endgame, and they only had a few turrets knocked out, safe to say, we turned the game around on them and beat them as we locked out their fed camp and won. It just goes to show you cant call out a losing game, its over when its over.

Most of the loses I have experienced have not been from just 1 champ or bad setup, but just the harmony of the team. If people play as the star of the show and not team work, it hurts the team imo.

Kind of an online competitive thing. Look at FPS. How many times I've heard lag/team mates being blamed, and insisting that they did in fact shoot them first would take too long to count. Usually they're better than average players who think they're better than they really are.

Pretty much. Also had a game where bot fed, top was going great. Ended up going bot to help and losing top, pushed back, and just defended till we got fed. People are dumb.

Pretty much. Had a Shen tank diving and initiating getting 0 Kills and quite a few deaths, wouldn't have won without him doing that, but he was called a feed and reported.

:(

...Who reports a Shen for "feeding"?

Seriously, if Shen has more kills than deaths he's doing something wrong o.o

Yea, I know on Nas with his Ult + his slow + exhaust + his E I can pretty much assure our team 3-5 kills(team wipe) if my team knows what they are doing when they see me initiate grouping the other team.

I know that it will end in my death half the time, but worth it if we can get that many kills in and push for victory.

Not entirely, but the tank class seems to come natural to me I guess. Been using my Nas from lv11-20 now.

AP-wise I have Ahri, Xerath and Brand. Been using Xerath in dominion, but hes so slow even with boots :x Why do I have slow walking chars D: Nas runs like he has an anchor on him, and so do Xerath...inb4 did you have W up, no lol. Loving brand, but timing his W for the kill shot can be a pain atm.

I havent used Ahri because she looks so squishy and I havent really used any AP champs outside of what I just listed so Id rather not noob her up as she looks to be a tad difficult to master. Id like to gain some exp on my AP champs as I go before I use her. When she was released.... -NO ONE- wanted to see her anyhow.

Hmm, anyone having connection issues to LoL? Wont let me connect.

@Mine
Funny enough, Cho was my first tank I wanted when I started saving up IP for him, and then swapped to get Nas instead :3

Yeah, wouldn't let us see after-game stats just now, very disappointing. Was post worthy on here, epic game.;;

Believe it or not, the other time was actually civil about their defeat, and took it like actual people.

Oh, and yeah, Cho' is like my favorite tanky person for me, his CC is amazing, and well....I'm getting Gentleman Cho soon. It's going to be amazing. UP YOU GO! :D

Ya his stomp + feral scream combo was what made me like him, and his gobble sound not to mention when he grows XD

And I live his gentleman skin lol

Although was I the only one that thought Violator when I saw him? "Youve been violated girly man" is a must after he eats...

I don't see very many Ahri's. I pretty much exclusively play her now (at least for pick ups). Totally raged when someone picked her before me, and proceeded to feed like a boss in mid. :(

Her early game is tricky, it's a lot more comfortable after you have runes though. Just need to never initiate as her, you will be targetted and raped pretty fast.

On a side note, fffff Le Blanc.

Any pointers for controlling a good mid ?

And if going with an AP champ, should I get all my runes before attempting? I have my magic pen. marks up to date, but I havent started yet on seals/glyphs yet, still building up IP ~.~

last hit minions dont push the lane and let the jungler get you kills <,< (irks me when im jungling and a mid expects ganks under the enemy tower)

without a jungler i guess play safe if they have a jungler and if not do your best to not die against the other mid while still playing safe

when you can get a kill i mean you can try but dont be stupid about it

Doran's Ring is a good start for mid. Just focus on last hitting minions and keep maneuvering around to avoid attacks. Having a good team can really help, back up to your tower if someone calls ss, and initiate ganks. Usually play style will change after level 6, and it really depends on who you're midding against.

Runes help, specifically if you're mirroring. Wouldn't worry on it though. I can only offer Ahri/Annie advice in terms of mid however :(

There are some good points in your posts. But it really just depends on your play style and/or who you're laning against, and/or what champ you're playing. :P

I would play around with it a bit and figure out what suits you best, then decide.

I never expect anything out of a jungler, except if Im getting pushed back beyond what I can control, to help push the enemy lane back.

Doran's really depends on your champ pick. If you want to build catalyst or tear early game, then it's better to start with sapphire crystal. If you prefer to rush deathcap, like I do, then it's good to start with doran's for the extra punch. really depends on your play style and your enemy. I can avoid most enemy abilities fairly easy by staying mobile so I don't need the potions. but some AP carries are so slow that it's impossible to avoid certain attacks so I start with sapphire crystal. Anivia for example is soooo slow. but gragas on the other hand can start with doran's no problem.

I never dodge ranked games even when there are people like that in my team. I once had first pick and went ap mid. the other four in my team went ap as well. they were trolling hard, but we won the game in like 20 minutes. never had that much fun in a game.

I was speaking more specifically for Ahri. Passive spell vamp can manage HP recovery, the extra HP (since she has low HP) and Mana Regen helps avoid recalling often. Forcing the opposition to recall allows you to get ahead in XP. Generally I use Meki's since I end up upgrading it to build +mana for Archangel's early.
