Super Smash Brothers: FFXI-AH Cup

Entries will be open the rest of today and all of tomorrow. Matches will start Friday.

Once we have all the participants, we'll have a mod (provided one is willing)randomly put together the brackets.

Since this is being done online rather than actual tourney style, both players will be able to pick any stage from the list, and the game will decide on its own which will be played on.

Matches will be 3 stock, no items. Matches will be best 2 out of 3. Semi finals will be best 3 out of 5, and finals will be best 4 out of 7.

To prevent dishonesty, each match shall have a guest (who kills them self at the start of each match) to watch and announce the winner in the thread.

What about the fancy charecter selecting rules, As in if you win a match with Metaknight you must use metaknight on next fight as well. loser is allowed to change charecter.

Only a very small amount of us actually use Meta Knight (I think Scruffz is the only one really).

I know he's a beast, he's S tier, no negative match ups, only like 1 even, but selecting meta knight does not entitle you to victory, ask scruff.

Yes, Out of all the people here, I play Meta Knight the most, and will fail with aids flying off the course. I do the same with Toon Link, except I down thrust to my failure. I blame button lag. :/
