As much as this goes against everything I believe in...these are easy as *** ideal PLD sets, put 'em together and all you have to do is make macros. Batteries not included.

Also, if you don't have atonement and aren't spending every waking hour attempting to get it, do that or quit.

So for a total of (on Caitsith) 737,000g in addition to asking a couple friends for help to camp Charybdis and with how easy CoP is now, 1-3 weeks to complete Zilart and Chains of Promathia...you can have what is close to the ideal PLD gear sets for almost any type of tanking. Now there are a few things bought with Ancient Beastcoins and Koenig Schaller is from sky, but these aren't even necessities. But yes, get atonement. Sattva is useless at this time. Atonement spam will generate enmity beyond your wildest dreams.

~Edit~ The reason I added all the Iron Ram gear is because the OP mentioned they mainly use PLD for campaign. I'm assuming that if they claim to be a "Career" PLD, they're going to be aligned with San d'Oria in the past.

LOL you're not going to offend me, I don't use them, I hate the fact that they came out with Perle set. It's cheap as ***, requires no work and is just the remedy given by SE to whiney *** that that suck too much to keep up with the rest. Not to mention it's ugly...lol

for cures the cure potency + earring is cheaper and better, also not sure settlers cape is a good idea, for simple and good i would think amet+1, its a 25atk and 2 str difference when u consider the swap

I'm personally not using full perle on pld because I like my af +1 feet and hauby +1.

This set has STp overflow. That Askar body is pratically redundant in your tp set. If you wanted to stack dex (...) in your tp build, you should get hauberg+1/hauberk+1 instead which basically leads to what others here been saying about stacking more acc in your tp build.

...should be what you're looking for. Blitz to rep an ACC ring in high ACC situations; could alternatively wear cucu mantle+blitz ring rather than ACC+forager's if the mob isn't constantly resisting your attacks.

I wouldn't use that mantle for Idling, it's actually pretty bad for idling as PLD lol. To use the same set for tp and Flash seems pretty dumb to me, no offence. Switch rings,neck,belt and waist to enmity items and you are good to go.
