are there any linkshells on phoenix that are doing divine might soon that are interested in some help with it, or do i need to start my own ls and gather together enough ppl to get it done?

does anyone know if it's lvl caped at 75?

You don't need to start your own ls to do a divine might run.

Just try shouting in wg.

And as for whether it's capped or not, I have no idea. Probably not, but don't quote me on that.
