Meh I’ll be fine. 90% sure it was the medication thing. It’s known to cause nausea and since it’s my first day taking it taking a full dose was just too much.

I don't think I've had much problem just kind of plug and playing with a ps4 controller. Though with FFXI being an older game there may be a need to map the bumpers/triggers.
