I was at the doctor thursday brah! 190.2, saw it! I must still have some muscle left from 25 years of desperation and construction.

I only really have a minor amount of fat around the belly.

I use to be 125lbs at 6'1". Started doing gym stuff and I'm floating around 150. I have a hard time keeping weight. I eat a lot and poop a lot :/

According to the information I've seen I think I'm supposed to be between 150 - 180ish 125-170, nevermind I'm healthy apparently? So much conflicting information.

Other than lacking muscles though I don't look like stupidly skinny or anything so I'm not sure anymore.

I'm skinny, but idk about fit. 120ish pounds at 5'11" doesn't seem very healthy imho.

On that note, looking for a family care doctor cause I haven't been to one in years.

Back, almost 10 years ago, I went from 260lbs to 220lbs in a few months by cutting out the carbs. Did add some easy exercise too.

Carbs are too good tho...easily gained that weight back. lol

I don't think I could live without carbs...

Keto got me down 25lbs fast and 10 from my sort of desired weight, but man carbs are so good and it’s easy to start cheating on Ketosis by convincing yourself it’s easy to trigger.


Edit: At home today waiting on the Tech to upgrade my “wiring” for faster internets and an appointment to get permanent crowns put on.
