have a little time to sit down and write type things out. Pretty much since late june things have been a little bit nutty. Obviously the house stuff has taken up a lot of time (surprisingly so for me) because of various meetings/calls with the mortgage people, home builder and traveling to the home like every other day to get pictures and checkup on the status. Right now with the home its going through city/3rd party inspections before they put up the dry wall so I'm pretty excited and can't wait to start seeing everything come together on the interior. On the other hand though my dad has been in a tough situation financially, to the point where he had to move up to Fort Worth for a job. He put the family home up on the market with me acting as the house sitter. Had to do a ton of moving of junk/furniture. On weekends it sucks that I can't sleep in as I have to be ready to leave on a short notice for realtors and coming home from work is depressing because I end up going to an empty house with no one around :| there's also some crazy stuff going on with work with comp adjustments and a lot of projects that are in work in progress with execs/VPs for our department. so yeah its a ton of firstworldproblems ~ i just want things to quiet down so I can not worry about too much stuff and play ffxi :s
