Well according to my Ni-research, I was wrong. your made up birthday was monday, one of the days I dropped out of life. but that's OK, because we're going to get it right next year for the big 5 0.

sorry boss! I dropped out of life the last two days for reasons unknown, but presumed lazy. I didn't don my suit of armor and venture into the world yesterday for the first time in 10-13 years. It was super weird. I just layed around playing videogames and watching ***I had piled up on the DVR.
still wasting my time with that terrible CoD WWII game. The son and I were playing some minecraft, and instead of my normal lofty goals, I went off the deep end building a castle with him, so now the weird OCD part of my brain needs to finish, so I've been dumping a bunch of free time into that as well.
coffee is nice.
Let's see.... winter hit with full force monday, we had staved it off until then, which is a blessing from the great goddess, but it sucks none-the-less.

Crazy cousin locked his keys in his car, called a locksmith and asked how much to pop the lock, locksmith tells him $35.
Locksmith gets there, pops the lock, says "That'll be $55."
"You said $35 on the phone!"
"Well, there's a $20 fee for coming out."
"That's ***! I'm not paying it!"
The locksmith threw the keys back in the car, locked the door, handed Crazy's $35 back and drove off.
You're dumb enough to lock your keys in your vehicle, you sack up, call anyone who is willing to come save your ***, and pay them what they ask you. It's a stupidity tax and we all have to pay it from time to time.
Or I have to, at least. Four bank cards left in the machine and three locked keys in cars later...if you're one of those *** who says ADD isn't a thing I have one thing to say to you and that is...oh my. That watch is lovely. Where did you get that?" |

Very good timing.
Just say you moved out of the old house 12/31 and into the new one 1/1 and maybe submit a change of address form to the post office the day of closing.
If you're moving between cities, counties, townships, or school districts, it will save you a ton of headache on your taxes come April allotting the proper amount to your separate municipalities by percentage of the year you lived at each place. |
