Personally I don't think its going to turn into anything big.

I mean, look at the panic we had over the Avian Flu. Everyone was all "zomg we gonna all die!!!111!!!!"

Sure there's no "cure" for it at the moment, and its pretty damn nasty, but contracting it can be avoided with a little common sense.
