True, but really hagun is only king if you spam your WSes @100% immediately. A good sam isn't afraid to finding the -right- time to WS and isn't afraid to have (god forbid) a buffer of TP beyond 100%.

SE kinda skull-*** Amano owners by giving it a 437 delay instead of 450. Forces people to readjust how they stack their store tp.
