Anyone else's game crash cause of the super sudden spam of world maintenance info on the server message upon login?

I know it's related to my windower because regular POL full screen works fine. Hmmm...

Edit: Yes, I unloaded all plugins. Apparently that is not the issue; nor is my custom UI.
