Nothing is perfectly set in stone as to what is the "best" or "perfect" setup. Everyone plays with what works for them. Figuring out how things work alow you to build that setup on your own, and it will never be the same for every individual.

I think all the different calculations, formulas and wide range and variety in gear for each slot gives us a much better chance to be unique and have fun than cookie cutter builds like in other MMOs I see. *cough* >.>
