I've got a small kiddie pool for my daughter to play in and I'll sometimes just hop in there. IDK how I got used to the 120+ in Kuwait and Afghanistan, but I did and I really didn't do too bad. I'd just go relax after shift and when I got hungry I got food. Most of the time I passed out for a few hours.
