Wow lmao.. I found that recipe months ago and tried it.. I made it better (imo) though..

Rather than use cube steak, I use fajita beef (skirt steak) BBQ'd to medium rare on the grill and cut into strips. Use a steak knife to make diagonal scores on the beef about 1/2 inch apart, use a garlic press to crush one small clove of garlic into each side along with 1/2 tsp olive oil, then rub a 1:1 ratio of chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder and cumin and a 1:3 ratio (as in to the other spices, not 3 times the salt as pepper, 1/3rd the salt and pepper of the other spices) of salt and pepper, flip and do the other side. BBQ to medium rare, and cut into strips.

From there proceed with the recipe. Except cut out the butter and substitute with just enough olive oil to saute the onions in. Oh and once the onions are sauted, mix everything else in at once, no need to seperate everything.

Lamb is still one of the very few foods I've yet to try.. I mean I've even had frog legs.

Yup theyre called Terrys Chocolate Orange. And weirdly they now come in Mint flavour, which imo is wrong lol

they're ok. They taste like milk chocolate but have a hint of orange in them.

Cheese Quesadilla:

Ingredients

Flour Tortilla
Shredded Cheese

Recipe

Put cheese in tortilla
Fold in half
Microwave for 45 seconds
Slice up

Enjoy

Easy enough to make. saves me thinking too much. been awake 20 hours so far. mmmmm food

I'm making my special pork chops tonight, since my bf seems to love them. What makes them so special? The sauce, of course! What goes into the sauce? Well, if I told you they would no longer me mine and special. :( Oh yeah, and the chops come from Costco or Lococos. <3 Reaaaaalllyy thick choppas.

It's kinda scary how many big name supermarkets don't stock raw king prawns....

Making Chicken Alfredo from the box tonight :x just as something simple and easy, and will probably eat some of that left-over chocolate cake from yesterday!

Heart-shaped meatloaf with salsa instead of ketchup, homemade macaroni and cheese and maybe green beans.

It's good but kinda expensive lol. Also venison and buffalo are pretty dang tasty

Sadly, I've never had it.. They don't sell it in grocery stores down here and I never go to an actual butcher.. Anytime we go out to a restaurant where I could get lamb I end up getting something else.

It's not that big of a deal for me though.. I love meat, like I could literally live off random meats if I really cared to.. Of course I'd almost definitely love it, but I'm just as happy with a fat *** pork chop or a slab of cow.

Deer meat can tend to be kinda tough, which I hate =/ I still love it though.
