That sounds epic.
i'm sorta basing it off eastern nc style barbecue, except with buffalo sauce and chicken where you would normally have the roast pig/pepper-vinegar sauce
only time shall tell whether shredding or thinslicing is more conducive to the dish :o
Shredding is the way to go. Definitely.
i'm leaning toward shredding as well

I actually experimented last night,
sliced sweet potato, lightly fried in vegetable oil, patted down and placed in glass pan. chopped broccoli thrown into pan, mixed with a little mozzarella cheese, %1 milk and cream of mushroom, cooked @400 for an hour, gonna need to modify abit because just to much fatty ***in it but its a start, came out great except *** heart attack waiting to happen lol

I haven't been cooking much because I've been sick. But tomorrow I am making my husband peanut butter cookies for Valentine's Day. He requested them. ^^
Today I had cocoa pebbles for breakfast, pizza bites for lunch, and will probably make stuffed chicken and rice for dinner.

But jack daniel's makes great BBQ sauce. Not my first choice either, but there are plenty of worse ones out there. Besides, after sippin on some jack for awhile, everything tastes good.

I could provide a lot of recipes for this thread if I really wanted to, I've been cooking since I was 1/8 and I cook by what feels right, rather than recipes. I can come up with some off the wall combinations that are insane.
EDIT: leaving the *** up cuz it's just that funny but I meant 8, not 1/8.. I've been working with fractions all day.

i've got some extra chicken breasts marinating in the fridge that i haven't decided what to do with yet and that sounds like a possibility

hmm. weird. my brother hates mushrooms as well, and i love them. it is a point of contention in many of our dishes

I can understand that Sev, I'm the exact same with mushrooms. Matter of opinion.. I absolutely love broccoli.. Any method you can think of (conventional, and some not) I love it.. But that doesn't mean I'm necessarily going to find it good in another food that I love (like chicken or pork) even if the two do work well..

I'm cooking up a boiling bubbling pot of stew, made with Flionheart's heart, Sevourn's testicles, and Spicyryan's spice. I tossed in a little root beer from Tigerwoods' house.
And I'm serving this delicacy to my dog.
Back to reality.
I slow-cooked a roast in pasta sauce with ditalini, green beans, and carrots today.
Delicious, and easy.

Lately Ive been cooking this at least twice a week, because its easy, and it tastes so damn good.
I love food, and love making food, so I thought it would be fun to make a thread about it! Post what you've been making lately, or eatting, or even some recipes!
Last night we had some Louisiana Gumbo with shrimp and andouille sausage, and for desert we made this amazing chocolate cake :D
