Step 1: delete your char
Step 2: create a new char with the desired race
Step 3: redo progress of previous char in the new one

this is cool, albeit verrrry late to the game. but there are several addons that race swap you, plasticsurgeon was one of them. its just on your end but who cares?

The pace of development is super slow no matter how much money you want to throw at. You gonna have to have patience with it, unfortunately.
