Yeah, screw logistics. Ideals (and especially the immigrant votes) are more important.

Every time I discuss any sort of population control people get touchy.

Don't balk at logistics now.
What the hell do we need population control for? We should be encouraging Americans to make more babies.

If we don't have room for potentially-adoptable immigrant children or, if not adopatable, their ready-to-work parents, then we don't have room for more American babies hogging up resources.

I swear to ***, Nausi. Your language in this thread is like you're just waiting to have Godwin invoked. "Ethnic replacement"? Seriously.

C'mon. You're better than that.

Sen. Sessions wrote to all fellow congressmen today:

"The action the President is reportedly contemplating would be a nullification of the Immigration and National Act by the Executive Branch of government. Indeed, it would be an executive nullification of our borders as an enforceable national boundary. By declaring whole classes of illegal immigrants beyond the reach of the law, it would remove the moral authority needed to enforce any immigration law, creating the very open-borders policy explicitly rejected by Congress and the people. And it would guarantee that the current illegal immigration disaster would only further worsen and destabilize."

ftfy.

Because who is really pitching a fit? Texas had these immigrants in our Air Force Base for a while now. When they were shipped to California (a progressive dreamland) that is when people started bitching about it.

That's what's happening bro, We're being overrun. The Obama signal is in the sky and the rush is on for "ethnic replacement". We've had it good enough, long enough. It's time Americans felt what it was like to live like the rest of the world.

Conservative fear mongering, as I said.

The obvious thing to do here is to completely open our borders, absolutely abolish any and all citizenship requirements, and then entirely fund the costs of living for the entire planet Earth while sitting around a great big campfire singing songs and playing the bongos with everyone loving everyone else because that’s the humanitarian thing to do… and then once our welfare state comes crashing down because there simply aren’t enough productive citizens to fund it, we can all sit back and relax and be equally destitute together because you’re a racist.
Who's actually advocating for that?

Oh right, nobody.

Seriously? By the way, the native americans probably have a few choice words for you. And no, they aren't "Thanks Obama".

So, if I have this straight, the liberal ideal is to remove the U.S. from the position of international police force and instead put it into the position of international welfare force?

Wait, what? Contemplating? Didn't the governor say these individuals had already been relocated?
And the rest of the message is equal parts bullcrap and fearmongering.

The president can always simply issue pardons or clemency, and sidestep the issue entirely.

Plenty of every day "NIMBY" Americans are carrying many of those same diseases and genetic mutations themselves, partly from HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE actions that cause infections and diseases in the first place, and are often "dirtier" than the illegals coming in.

*** it, Canada only has 30-35mil people, with an incredibly open landmass that has yet to be overly developed. There are roughly only 12 metropolis-like cities in size, in all of Canada, that even incorporate other cities in their jurisdictions.

If anything, Canada does welcome new immigrants, because it does, and always has, added to our economic prosperity.

Honestly I am not a fan of the very anti-gay/pro Catholicism stance of the immigrants from Mexico, take that for what you will.

Half the poor people in the country probably have MRSA or similar staph infections due to untreated wounds.

Not to mention all the other infections among the natural population.

Chances are we're already vaccinated against most of the things those kids might be carrying. You know, unless you're one of those anti-vaccination ***.

Canada doesn't have the greatest climate, and a lot of that undeveloped land is practically on a glacier. Tropics to tundra is harder than it looks.

Because, it's cheaper, easier, and closer, as well as immediately funded relief and sheltering, for the immigrants.

Also, Canada takes in more legal immigrants, and also more illegals, than the US does, per capita, and has a looser, more corrupted, lax, and ineffective immigration policy than the US.
