I have a question, I'm no SAM but I was wondering if anyone happens to know why Shikikoyo would have no effect on a player? Is it just random if it works? I've seen it happen only twice before, once on a friends we just figured it was because he was weakened but it happened again when nothing I could possibly thing of could prevent Shikikoyo from working. Two different SAMs even. Wiki doesn't have anything on it "having no effect" on a player.

Is this a normal thing? Or wut x: Another sam friend said it never happened to him before so I have no idea.

Either the person getting TP was full, or the person giving TP wasn't over 100%.

even if you have full tp to use it

@ 300% it would just cut it into a 100% and 200% ws..
only reason i can think of it not having an effect would be to use it, then have a corsair random deal, restore it, and use it without weaponskilling (while your under the previous effect of shik)

---------
edit: Misread that as sekkanoki yeah it could be full tp i guess

ive had it happen to me a few times where i use it and they get one tp more than what i had, but i figured that was the decimal point transferring over

lol my bad. Do you recall the amount of TP the SAMs had? It might be what Alriath said, because the description for Shikikoyo is something along the lines of "Gives all TP above 100 to designated target" So if you don't have the correct amount of TP then nothing will happen.

Nah, I don't recall to be honest but I'm thinking that may have been the reason. Thanks for clearing that up for me! Guess I just know a couple of fail Sams who both can't read their TP. LoL
