70SAM, 6-hit Build Can I Have It?

I'm looking for a guide or some assistance. Can I have a 6 hit tp build as a 70 sam, and if yo, what do i need? is it even worth it at level 70?

At this time I have
Chiv Chain;
Rajas Ring;
Equipped for TP build.

Ive been looking at Hachiman Sune-ate, and Hachiman Kote. I'm guessing these would be necessary. Probably the +6 lvl 50 legs as well? I just don't want to sacrifice too much, but I guess I just might not completely understand the importance of a 6 hit build.

I think you have 30STP at lv70 samurai without looking, so you only need 46STP in total for a 6hit on a 450 delay great katana. (16 from gear)

Just don't quote on the 30STP bit.

*If you're with Rajas Ring, you can TP in Sarutobi Kyahan instead of Hachiman Sune-ate, and then on WS, swap Shinimusha Haidate off for Myochin Haidate; WS in general, you can take off the Ecphoria Ring and you'd still be fine, just make sure to swap it back on directly afterward is all, especially in the case of with Rajas Ring (you'd be sitting on 100% TP right on the dot).

If without Peacock Charm, you can use Chivalrous Chain with Fowling Earring and Minuet Earring, instead of Attila's Earring and Fowling Earring (though the formerly listed is best).

If without Rajas Ring, every Store TP-related piece listed must be fulltimed (bar the ring as explained), but by all means, it's worth it until you get the merits nailed in; helps you hold your five-hit with a polearm as well (Engetsuto at that level on imps is overkill).

Damn I feel like a noob. So basically, @ level 70, I need +16 STP from gear. I would need +16 STP at all times. Wether that is during TP gain or WS right? Does the WS count as a hit?

WS does count as a hit, so you need to maintain the 16 STP at all times.

At 70, you need 21 STP (6-hit with a 450 GK is 46STP total), traits only give +25.

Is it frowned upon to use Spaghetti Carbonara to obtain this build?

i dont think that ruby ring is level 70 :D

Carbonara is really good food overall, though at this level due to your accuracy being rather risky without accuracy food of some sort (sushi, or preferably, marinara pizza), it tends to fall behind in the long run, since your goal is to maintain at least a 90% hit rate before you go to other lengths of increasing your overall damage.
