Runic Portal: Runic Portal Warper For Windower

Hi everyone.

I've been working on mythics and the runic portal is more time consuming than I care to wait. This add-on removes the animations associated with using runic portals and allows them to be used in macros. Enjoy!

Quick run through:
//rp will warp you from Whitegate to the appropriate zone if you have assault orders. Otherwise, you will need to specify the destination with the shortcuts listed in the readme.

//rp will also warp you back to Whitegate from the runic portals at the staging points.

I can't test on a character below captain rank, but preliminary testing by others sounds like IS are not being used when below captain rank.
