So I'm a Galka...
I only play PUP, and I'm starting to think about gearing another job to join all the not so flexible Asura shout groups. I started doing RUN and I am kind of appalled about how not sexy Galka is in RUN af/relic/empy.
This got me thinking. What races look best playing what jobs? Does this factor into the jobs that people play?
Post what race-job combo you think and what armor set looks pretty sweet (af/relic/empy/weapon/abj/etc)
Taru-
COR that relic looks pretty sweet with a mini toy gun
BST Having a pet 3 times bigger than you is pretty funny
Elvaan-
Anything greatsword looks pretty cool
Galka-
Mnk - the only time we dont look fat

Mithra obviously look the best on every job, in every af, all the time.

The stats are irrelevant to race because most(if not all?) jobs use multiple stats.
For example, Elvaan having high MND but low INT does not make it "best RDM" like the above poster said. Nor having high STR but low DEX make them best DDs. Since RDM uses INT and DD uses DEX. Just wanna say that stats have nothing to do with what I was getting at with this post...
What race LOOKS good on what job. And what armor or weapon makes that so. I'll throw another one out there- Humes actually look pretty bad as in full Blu af On the other hand galkas look like big blueberries

Galka seriously only looks really good on Monk, Summoner, and maybe Beastmaster. Anything else they look like clowns, especially WHM, BLM, and Puppetmaster. Oh, and my favorite, purple Dragoon dinosaur.

It's more that SE kept stat growth/gap in check, and I think actually narrowed the gap on stats for post-75 levels (along with the actual HP/MP additions). Whereas at 99 with full merits that's 114STR 101DEX to 106STR 112DEX, so not only less of a difference, but one utterly dwarfed by the stats ilevel gear will tack on.
