Doesn't sound like much of a Mount Roulette. The code behind MR could be adapted to achieve that no doubt, but it's outside of what MR is meant to provide.

this is a huuge necrobump but I don't understand the hate for the mount music i saw in this thread. I don't think it's a bad track. Maybe not as good as the chocobo music, but I don't mind it, its a bit more upbeat. I don't think it's "awful" by any stretch....

I think the issue with it is how often you have to hear it, plus how much better (objectively) some of the zone music is. And it's also a kind of merry music, which for some mounts doesn't really suit. FF14 gets past this by playing different music for certain mounts, like the Garuda theme when on the mount you get from that battle.

I don't hate it. I just prefer zone music in most cases.

Edit: The same thinking can be applied to Campaign music in the past zones.

If you want to change the music:

"If you want to change the new mount music for the old chocobo music or use airship music:

New mount music is XI/Sound/win/music/data/music084.bgw

Change that to music084backup.bgw

Copy

Airship: XI/sound/win/music/data/music128.bgw
Old Chocobo:XI/sound2/win/music/data/music212.bgw

copy either of these to the top folder location and rename it to music084.bgw, make sure it's renamed to 084 and not 84."
