Wait, three?!
Yeah. There's a couple of reasons for this.
All three are in different time slots, which will help with availability
More moderators means the load can be split up quite a bit more; there's a lot of temptation to do everything yourself when there's fewer mods, so this is better for the modded as well as the mods
More mods, and specifically more mods active in particular time slots, means things can be discussed more thoroughly
P+R is inevitably going to send one of them running, so better to have an extra already lined up
