Am I missing something about this gear? I'm assuming that the "Slow +X%" adds Slow to you?
Yet I see a lot of people recommending it? Is there something else it does I'm just not seeing?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but in my opinion, nothing could be worth that much Slow lol.

This made me chuckle... If I had a dime every time I kicked a player for Tping in heca gear back in the meritpo days...
I'd have a lot of dimes... I always thought that haste takes time to proc and slow+ equipment gives your haste+ equipment more time to proc...
