Are you using an intel icore processor with intel integrated graphics?

That's the most common cause of that but other driver issues can also cause it.

I dual box no problems on windows 8. It's your drivers for sure.

if you have HD4000 Intel released new drivers which fixes this issue. took them 6months a to a year to fix it but at least they did. Only for HD4000 though. They openly stated they will not support previous renditions.
