Can anyone help me confirm or deny that this is the best Tp set for puppetMaster?

Assuming that the Manibozho Boots are Rank 15 Str path for Tp and Ws attaining 15 att, 10 acc, and 10 Str. This is a combination of Acc for the Adoulin content. Everything seems to be solid except the cape, which I'm having trouble finding a replacement. The Pantin Cape would seem for a viable choice since it give +15 att and 2.5 acc from the Dex is gives.

Blithe Mantle = sadface

Thurandaut Hands are minimal better and Rancorous Mantle.

Edit: On Delve Fodder Thurandaut are better , T-Chapulli Cirque+2 Hands
