Dilaram's Sollerets uses
I personally was excited when they dropped.... then I saw -8%crit and it made my heart drop. I was curious are these are any good for Tachi: Shoha? If not I might as well slam the crap out of them now. Any feed back or test results would be appreciated. Thanks Guys =)

I would save them in case you level a job that would want them. As a dark it's really rustling my jimmies to see this after going 0/200+ on them.

Lies! Toci's exists but you have to tickle Pil in his secret area.

My friends pick on me for getting 5 toci's and no boots :/
Dilrahm's are good for any ws that doesn't have "chance to crit based on tp" in the description. If they have more str (or other ws mod) than your other ws boots, they're a good shoe in. Samurai is lucky with it's eaf feet but the boots have more uses than torcleaver. Stardiver, possibly upheaval, camlann's etc. I could be wrong about some of those but I was pulling them out of a hat. I know some ybow sam's that use them. I'll personally be using them for Cata and torcleaver, as well as resolution if LR is down. I hope that at least gives you some ideas before you toss em ^^ I've gotten two Toci's harnesses.
0/350+ on boots. Stopped counting these things after a while. Will gladly trade a harness and the (roughly) 40 Chakrams I've gotten from the *** for the boots. They're not going to beat your AF3+2 feet for most things on samurai unless additional mod is present. In this case, they're good for archery weaponskills. for Yoichi users or if you really, really wanna piss around with Apex Arrow. Also good for various applications on warrior, dark night and dragoon. No use for DRG, can't equip!

[113 days between previous and next post]None of the Merit WS crit tho right? I was going to use these for Shoha myself since at the moment they only get a use on Blade: Shun which I never use anymore now that I Blade: Hi everything to the face with Kannagi.
