speaking of spell cast for pup, there any way to make it react to the auto's actions like mid cast patin feet for nuking ect?

I don't think there is, and if there is then no one has said anything about it before. That would be pretty complicated. It could end up changing gear while you are in the middle of another gear swap. Your best bet is make a macro to swap gear while your puppet is casting. But even then, if you are doing much nuking chances are you are full timing your nuke gear.
