[50 days between previous and next post]Ok, time to think, what's the ideal Delve ready build with Beveaver?
Note that this set should feature lots of accuracy for both TP and WS. Thoughts? Aiming to this for Delve acc:
TP LR Down (I always have marches/haste)/SAM 6 hit ItemSet 300261 LR up switches feet with phorcys, head to Karieyh (goal should be Yoalotl w/e its called), waist to windbuffet, lring with Mars. Resolution: ItemSet 300262 Mekira oto in day proc (perfect on non day would be Yoalotl w/e again) Imma start to get new delve ***when im done with THF stuff with plasmas (Missing kukri and done, to be honest Idk If I should ditch dat and start to get DRK gear) For WS, I would use Miki body fully augmented over phorcys for alot more accuracy. I am not sure if Ares gloves +1 are better than phorcys gloves due to the DA.

Yeah prolly if ur able to high rank miki body ur right. I'm torn about exactly the same thing, but I'm pretty sure I talked myself into the DEX path. I'm not online atm, but feels like we can cover STR in tp sets pretty easily and I wouldn't mind a decent chunk of dex in there either. Tho realistically, that'll be a good bit down the line still, what with the pricetag of getting augments to rank 15.
I /WAR. If you're not making x hit with the store tp, I would stack on double attack and acc. The new upgraded armor pieces are good for WS sets.
I guess I didn't repeat the piece name that Evihime was talking about: We were just talking about Mikinaak Greaves specifically as replacement for Wrathwing Nails/Ace's in xhits. How to augment the ws pieces is indeed obvious, just torn about this 1 possible TP piece and whether DEX or STR would be more useful to DRK in the TP phase.
I'd go with DEX for tp phase, but i'm just eyeballing it, need to run numbers.

People do Ceick (for some unknown reason, that zone blows for points) and base their bad ACC on parses that include 5+ minutes of floored ACC. Go do Mori or Foret and every DRK should be capped in a medium build. Hell I see 2hand DDs using Sushi lol. SE really trolled the player base with that zone.

Wouldn't fully augmented STR Mikinaak feet be also best resolution piece?
Edit: if it's 10 STR aug probably not, but still very close! In non accuracy needed situation at rank 15 they can beat Krieyh, yeah
But id prolly go for DEX path for tp idk need some1 to run some spreedsheets, still didnt start my augment on them I did ACC path for Feet. Pretty much a DRK only item and DRK has plenty of att sources. The STR might be nice with the weapon rank increases but there other ways around that.
Thats what I was thinking.
Ill just take DEX path. Just sat a while studying the possibilities with the new feet, type b seems to be the best long term piece. more than likely we'll see replacements for ws and with how small a step up they are for drk in particular for ws over the town feet, going for the acc path will give more leeway in tp builds for better pieces (could possibly use p body instead of e body and keep the same acc :o)

I have Spharai and wouldn't mind the revamp myself, but I'm certainly not gimping my group by not having an easily attainable weapon. not interested in the bereaver vs rag debate, i have the ki just need srs maths
Was just playing around with the xml and have a question as I'm not familiar with what it considers and what it doesn't.
Why is WS damage unchanged when swapping from: Karieyh Head and body + Bale Gauntlets +2 >>> Mekira-oto + Phorcys Body and Gloves Does it not include the Increases WS damage from Mekira and Body? Edit: WS damage actually falls changing to those pieces. not exactly sure what youre asking... spellcast doesnt figure out your best damage or anything o.o if you have it set to put on the oto it will/should only matter what game day it is

my reso set has 80acc before dex? not any real acc issues with it save a few delve nms, never enough to break my 3/5 hit requirements edit: correction, karieyh pieces would pull ahead when atk capped on non oto proc days All the responses I have had when I asked about my set were all along the lines of GET MEKIRA AND PHORCYS!!! and putting it in the spreadsheet I expected to see a decent increase but to find a decrease is slightly upsetting.
The biggest difference I made was elemental gorget over bale which I'm working on now. Just wanted to know if there was some hidden attributes that the DPS calculator didn't take into account that made these pieces "theoretically" hit less... Edit: I think acc is the issue as swapping RCB for sole sushi has the Phorcys pieces pulling ahead. Any mob high enough to make Oto+Phorcys fall behind Karieyh you will have increased support to buff ACC. nope, and thats one of the issues these days, everyone says "this is the only best set evar!" but if you dont have say ragnarok or i guess bereaver, youll probably fall short on acc (also depends on content) making the oto/phorcys combo a short fall for you.
heres my basic set: ItemSet 269696 main change to that set would be the new delve legs, i also use letalis mantle rather than atheling in soa areas (15acc > 15atk) if you dont have a similar level of acc, theres no shame in using karieyh body and i guess helm (helm only when its not thunder/earth/wind days) edit: i assumed you were already using sole sushi lol, what taint said aswell Thanks for the info, still working on NNI pieces so ill have to make do with this for now:
